Official Selection Invitation Policy：
1. The organizing committee will provide accommodation and meals for up to two creators per selected film.
Workshop Short Film Production：
1. Participation in the workshop short film production requires prior communication with the organizing committee and is voluntary.
2 . The school will cover all basic living expenses for participants during their stay in China.
3 . Each short film can receive up to RMB 40,000 in production funding. Projects exceeding this budget will not be supported by the organizing committee.
Rules & Terms
Duration：Less than 30 minutes.
Subtitles：English , and an SRT subtitle file must be provided.
Technical Specifications
Format: MP4
Resolution: 1080P or higher
Video Quality: Must be clear, with no lag, screen glitches, or visual distortions
Submission Materials
One (1) film poster
Two to three (2-3) stills from the film
One (1) director's photo
A trailer of up to 1 minute
Copyright Ownership
The copyright of the submitted film remains with the creator.
The organizing committee reserves the right to use excerpts from the film for festival-related activities, including but not limited to screenings, promotions, and publicity. Proper credit will be given when used.
Originality
All submitted films must be original works and must not involve plagiarism, copyright infringement, or unauthorized use of third-party materials.
If an entry is found to be in violation of copyright laws, the organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify the film and take legal action if necessary.
Legal Responsibility
Participants must ensure that all submitted content and information is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Any legal disputes arising from incorrect or misleading information in the submission shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
